Job Description

:

Systems Administration and troubleshooting of windows based server and clients.
Basic hardware troubleshooting.
LAN/ WAN network administration and maintenance
Attending the day to day escalation calls related to IT matters
Providing Assistance in Implementation of new IT infrastructure if any including network/ software
Ensuring maximum user satisfaction in terms of IT services
Helpdesk management, IT Service desk operation
Vendor management, Co-ordination with vendors/ users for new procurement and to ensure the SLA to the internal users.

AnyGraduate with MCSE/ MCP, CCNA certification would be an added advantage.
